Got to see giraffes from a distance and appeared to be in an enclosure, hippos in the water, lions very up close, elephants from a distance, Ostrich’s very up close. Loads of rhinos and close enough!! A baboon. Antelope. And lovely zebras. This isn’t a safari as in wild, it’s like a very very large zoo.”

“This is another long day if you are based in Cape Town, a two hour drive to the reserve. Two days previously we had received a scam text stating that you could only pay the entrance fee online prior to arrival. Luckily I didn’t fall for it. On arrival you are given a nice buffet and drinks before walking to your safari vehicle. This was a bit of a Disneyworld queue but it didn’t take too long. We got to see elephants, rhinos , hippos, zebra and giraffe amongst others but not the leopard. Three quarters of the way through there was a toilet stop with a delicious cool fruit…”
